Gérald Dupuis of Memramcook East died Tuesday at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Born in Memramcook East, he was a son of Lorraine (Léger) Dupuis and the late Léo Dupuis. He attended Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East.
Besides his mother, he is survived by five sisters, Mrs. Germain Boudreau of Memramcook West, and Mrs. Paul Breau (Jeanne), Mrs. Robert LeBlanc (Odette), Mrs. Jean-Guy Goguen (Dorine) and Mrs. Antoine Bourgeois (Clara), all of Memramcook East; four brothers, Norbert, Paul, Claude and Charles, all of Memramcook East; and an adopted son, Camille Gaudet of Memramcook East.
The body is at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. Funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday at Our Lady of Loures Roman Catholic Church. Burial will be in the parish cametery.
